I brought my van in with a front-end shimmy. I had just purchased 2 new tires and was being told I needed 2 more new tires when i had only gone 40k on a set supposed to last 65k. The technician swapped the new tires to the front and drove the vehicle unable to reproduce the shimmy. He confirmed the recommendation to get the other 2 new tires and aligned the vehicle.

My sixth visit to Chets...they're as good as ever.

Got an alignment on an '08 Civic. No big problems just needed an alignment after 3 years and prior to getting some new tires. I appreciate getting a printout of the final settings, which shows how close these guys get to the center of the tolerance range for each measurement (caster, camber, toe, etc.) Over 20 years in Albuquerque, Chet's is the only shop I've found that always gets it right.

The work was performed for the price quoted and was completed in a reasonable amount of time.

I dropped in to inquire about making an appointment for an alignment and was told there was an opening in 30 minutes and the job would take about 45 minutes. I came back and they started promptly and finished promptly.The service was very professional, punctual and they keep a clean facility, all of which I appreciate.

My brakes don't squeak, but my wife does eah time I apply the brakes. Is there a connection between the brake pedal and the passenger seat?

Chet's has been the place for me to go with all my vehicles. Their alignments, balancing and work in general surpass everyone else I went to prior to finding Chet's. My Mountaineer was having problems, they did things to the SUV that alleviated the problem for good. Just today they identified a bad tire, on my pickup, when the dealer said there was no problem. If you want it done right, Chet's is the place!!

Chet's just replaced the struts and shocks on my 1992 BMW 325is. They were very open and professional in the way they approached prolviding a quote and performing the needed repairs. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.
