This is why I use Chet's on Menaul. I saw a blown out steering rack, at least a popped ram. Rack was a mess. I was sure it would be a rebuild.(roughly $650) They got it cleaned up, tested it, and found the problem was a hose with a hard to see hole. One new hose and labor, and we're on the rad again. I have been going there since the late 70s or so and always get great advice an pricing. Quality work from people who really care about customer service, you cant beat that! Everyone knows and relies on Chet's.

This place needs to change its name to “Chet’s Chassis and Alignment“ because they are so much more than just an alignment shop. I have been bringing my cars here for years for alignments, and they do the best work of any place in town. Recently, I brought my 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 in for an alignment, and they found several issues with my front end. They took me back into the garage and showed me the problem with each failed part, and were able to give me a quote for the repairs on the spot. They continued to perform the alignment that day, but did not charge me for a realignment when I took the truck back a few weeks later for the repairs. And by the way, the cost for the work was VERY reasonable. I trust this business to do a great job with my vehicles, and I will be coming back for many years to come. Thanks John, Tim, and Gary for the great work you do.

Chet's is the best! Ordered new Continental tires from Tire Rack. They were delivered to Chet's. They mounted and Road Forced balanced them, then aligned my suspension. My 2016 Ram rides like a Cadillac now. Steers straight, even when braking. John, the service writer is very knowledgeable and courteous. Very satisfied with my purchase.
