John was amazing from start to finish, I called Friday and he was able to get me in on Monday, their next business day. John walked me through all of the measurements at the beginning which were way out of spec and then the final measurements where everything was in spec. It only took them about an hour and a half to get everything done and I was on my way. I will definitely be back for future alignments on my car and any others I ever have.
