Came in for balance, rotate and alignment on tires that I had purchased from them last year. Got in a little early and they took me right in and finished before thee time they predicted. I was greeted warmly when I entered the shop and was treated very professionally and courteously. I was a few minutes early to my appointment and they got my car right in. My car was finished in 30-45 minutes and the mechanic did a thorough test drive to make sure the car was aligned properly. The adjustments that were made to my car were very thoroughly explained to me. I felt comfortable the whole time and believe that my car was serviced by a very professional and qualified staff. Overall, it was a very pleasurable experience and I highly recommend Chet's Wheel Alignment.

They got me, an out-of-towner, in on 15 minutes notice when the alignment equipment at the local Subaru dealer's shop quit working on a Friday morning. An hour later I was on my way. My confidence was greatly increased when I got home, and my wife told me she and her parents had been going to Chet's for the many years they lived in Albuquerque.
