The service provided was first rate. An appointment time was provided in a timely manner and was honored as scheduled. The service was performed professionally and was also performed in a timely manner. The findings and options were explained in language I understood and I felt the cost of the service was very fair. This was not my first experience with Chets and will not be my last. I would not (and do not) hesitate to recommend Chets to anyone asking.

Clearly an outfit which knows what it's doing and does it well. Chet's has a stellar reputation for auto service and you can see that reputation on display by the high end iron which is waiting for service there. This is THE place to go for service.

Was able to get a very accurate laser alignment for my Miata for a very reasonable price. The guy doing my alignment seemed very knowledgeable and definitely knew what he was doing. Will do business with in the future.

Truck was taken in for wheel alignment and evaluation of brake wear. I was called upon trucks inspection and advised of options. Truck was finished within two hours. Truck drove/handled great when picked it up. Staff was very courteous and friendly.

The situation with my truck's front end was explained well and the service was prompt, in and out in less than an hour.

1983 911SC. I had a vibration so I I'd had new tires put on at some place, vibration still there, had rear rotors replaced, which cured some brake pulsing but vibration still there, replaced shocks and strut inserts, vibration still there, got a road force balance at yet another place, still had a vibration, contemplated pushing it off a cliff, vibration still there, then took it to Chet's. Got a road force balance at Chet's and voila! Vibration gone! I could almost buy the guy flowers! Four-wheel alignment for good measure and the car drives like a charm now, like it hasn't in longer than I care to think about. Shoulda gone to Chet's first. True story.

As always The ride is better after the work is completed.
