You are pricey, but I can't fault your expertise and attention to detail. I've used others in the past decades, but you are the best so I keep coming back.

Brought my 2002 BMW 530i, sport suspension, in for new tires and alignment. Gary and Tim were professional and on time. Found out that two of my rims were bent; Gary spun the wheel to show me the bent rim and it was obvious when he did this. (Thinking back, I'm am pretty sure when this damage occurred). Had the tires shipped to their shop from Tire Rack and that went quite smoothly as well. What you get when you go to this shop is experience and professionalism.

Great job. But I have put more words in to satisfy the stupid requirements.

My car was driving off balance and these guys came highly reccommended. I went in for a tire rotation and balance and steering alignment. I got the call that the funny noise comming from my back wheel was a bad bearing that needed to be replaced, which cost more money but after I made some calls and saw their estimate was competitive I went for it. the car was still off balance when I left so I brought it back the next day and they promptly did a different tire rotation (I have strange wear on my tires I guess) and I was out the door in 30min. overall I would return due to their honesty and their dedication to follow through on their service until the customer is satisfied.Much better than if I had gone to a big box store to save $50. Very satisfied.
