easy to get to, fast service the only thing I might say is that the office smells of the tires, but truthfully, as I sat there I got used to it so I just read my book and waited.

As usual a great job

I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received at Chet's. My car was taken back at the appointed time and the job was done before I knew it. No trying to sell add-ons, just honest, fair service. As a female I am always leery because I have been taken advantage of before when it comes to car repair, not this time!

They do good work took my truck in and they diagnosed and fixef a tie rod issue for me as well as fixing the alignment. No pressure to get additional services or any other shady practices. They will service almost any car: I even saw a BMW in there. My truck now rides very nice and I'm quite happy.

Chet's did a great job fixing the brakes on my vehicle. They were up-front about the condition of the brakes and got them fixed promptly.

There's not much to elaborate on. These guys treat your car like their own and are extremely honest. This visit was just for some new tires, but I went there because: a) I know I will not have to go back right away due to poor balancing (has happened before at other places) b) competitive pricing c) this is a great local business. What can I say? Called and received an appointment the same day and it was done quickly. Can't get better than that.

I had new tires mounted and Road Force balanced on my 20" X 8" forged Centerline wheels. They did a great job and didn't do any damage to any of the wheels, which is something I cannot say about other shops I have used. And, they're very friendly and helpful to boot!

Wouldn't trust my brake/tire need to anyone else...they are professional and competitively priced! Call them before you go to your dealership!! BMW are no problem for them!! Thanks!!
