Quick and friendly service. Chet's had my truck on the lift and diagnosed within minutes. I went with the RoadForce tire/wheel balancing and had my vehicle back within the hour. Chet's also wrote up an estimate for additional work that may be completed at a future date. Overall, very satisfied with my service.

In response to Chet's email invitation for a free alignment assessment I made an appointment on line.I arrived on time for my appointment and was served promptly. The assessment showed several issues which I discussed with the technician. He was respectful, factual and applied no pressure for me to have the work done. I could watch the work being done. And I had customer access to the work area, if I had seen anything I had questions about. The price was reasonable for the work done.I received a copy of the work done in the form of a printout with diagrams of the issue and how they were resolved.My husband and I have been customers of Chet's in the past. We have always found them customer friendly and reliable. Their work also comes with a warranty if the work is not satisfactory.

I went in for the Road Force Balancing. I have been working on cars since I was 11 and am now 67, so I knew what I wanted and how much time and money to expect. Scheduling the appointment online was a snap, with the ability to provide optional times and dates. My preferred appointment was confirmed within a day. When I arrived they were ready for my car and were completed within the time frame they had given me in advance. After the balancing service, they gave me a printed report covering the status of each wheel. The car had a very noticeable shimmy at 60 mph before the service. It was completely absent, even up to 90, after the service.I am completely satisfied with the service and the cost of the service.
