Had alignment done at new car dealer who said the car was in spec. However tires were getting very noisy and wearing on the inside edge. Had Chet's do a recheck who said it was in spec but on the outside of spec. The tech suggested a camber kit to bring the setting more towards the middle of the spec. Also rotated the tires in a X pattern which the tire dealer didn't do, just front to back.The car now is a pleasure to drive, steering is more positive and the noise has already subsided. So thank you guys. I should have come here in the first place!

I've taken several vehicles to Chets and always do so with any newly acquired used vehicle. They are the best, no question about it. One used vehicle I purchased from a lot had been sent to another shop due to minor front end damage. But it just didn't handle right. They scheduled an appointment for me that was convenient for me. They serviced the 4 wheel drive vehicle quickly after I arrived. They provided a complete computerized print out of the alignment of the vehicle afterwards that showed it was well within specifications. I drove my Subaru SUV home, about 15 miles, over about 5 miles of city roads and 15 miles on the freeway. It drove and tracked very well everywhere.Their prices a reasonable. BD Shaffer

Chet's was awesome. In my opinion, they went above and beyond what a wheel alignment service shop should do. Not only did they diagnose my issues, but they researched the parts needed, contacted the company, got them ordered, and fixed the problems.I would highly recommend Chet's to anyone looking for top-notch service with the customer service people to back it up.

Best alignment shop in town, particularly for older cars requiring odd fixtures or adjustments. If it can't be done, they willl tell you, rather than trying to cover it up. If it can be done, there are no surprises. Costs are quoted up-front. You get what you pay for. Chett's delivers a full alignment, not the $25 quicky toe-in adjustment passed off as an "alignment" by less worthy shops.

Great job! I just bought a used Explorer and put new Michelins on before going out of town. Took it to Chet's to make sure they would wear good and his guys found sloppy Tie Rods and replaced them in two hours...Getting me back on the road quickly. The Explorer drove great!

I have used Chets many times over the years. Scheduling of appointments have always been easy and prompt. No need to wait several days. Service has always been quick and estimated times reasonably accurate. If any thing , work has been performed too quickly. I don't have time to finish reading the magazines. Prices have been reasonable.
